2026 STAA Conference

We have several speaker sessions that will provide a variety of opportunities to explore concepts with experts in the field. The 2026 STAA Conference is your chance to dive into fresh ideas, meet awesome people, and experience everything face-to-face.
Conference Registration:
We will be using Eventbrite for our conference management this year. You can book all your sessions online and download the app to have the information available once you register. If you are having any issues, please let us know.
Room Reservations:
STAA has reserved a block of rooms available for our attendees priced at $159.00 a night.
Individuals may call 1-800-661-1464 and ask to book under the ‘ Student Transportation Association AB’ block or via direct booking link.
Agenda:
Our agenda has is available for you to take a look at and plan your days. All final rooms and location are subject to change and the final agenda will be given to you at check in on May 19th.
Spousal Package:
We are so excited to announce that we have curated a special agenda for your lovely spouses. The spousal package will include 3 off site activities, meals, trade show access and tickets to the banquet. We have a trip to a brewery planned for the evening of the 20th that all attendees are welcome to attend. If you are interested in joining your spouse at the brewery event, please add the Brewery Tour and the Spousal Package to your registration.
